Ordered labs not showing up on Personal Action Plan. Where else can I find it?

My doctor ordered a repeat blood test after I got bloodwork done around two months ago. The lab ordered disappeared a few weeks ago from my Personal Action Plan and I’ve not been able to find it anywhere else since then. I’ve been getting messages about being due for labs over the past week but they’re not showing up on the app or website. Does this mean I can still walk in to retake the blood test, or should I contact my doctor about it first?
