I never know how to explain it but certain games I will load from my gaming pc will look like the video is scrunched and turned sideways. At first, it was just the game Scum would do this. I'd load the game, screen goes black and I hear the intro video. When the video would come back, it looked like all the pixels were crunched down to a few lines on both my monitor and my laptop the 4K S is plugged into. Recently, the game Windrose looks like the bottom the main menu is zoomed in and takes up the top 1/3 of my monitor.

The only solution I have found that works is to: plug my pc straight into my monitor, load the game, unplug the video cable my the monitor then plug it back into the capture card. I have tried to go through all the setting in Elgato utilities, OBS, laptop video settings and my graphic card and nothing seems to fix it. Tried rebooting the gaming pc, power cycling the 4K S, swapping cables and anything else I can think of but nothing works.

PC specs for reference:

MSI B860 PRO, AMD 5 9600, 32gigs of ram, Asus Radeon Prime 9060 XT.

Stream setup: Gaming PC video goes to 4K S, 4K S usb-c into Lenovo 3i Laptop(2022) \[is my stream pc\], monitor cable goes into a KVM switch, KVM out goes to HP 2159 monitor(had it for 13+ year and highest resolution is 1920x1080)

Any help or point into the right direction would be really grateful.
