Coinflip luck

Why the fuck is this allowed? How the fuck can I go 17 times first and 3 times, second, in 20 games`?

I know blablabla, it is only my bias etc. I get it, I know it, I know that in 1000 games the odds will be normal again but it feels soooo good to play this often first, win obviously more than loose.

Why isnt there something like "after 4 times going first you will go second one time 100%" in place? So you can at least, if you had good luck in a new rank you climbed, have a little bit better chance to play some Mikanko or Ancient Gear.
