When did your bump appear?

I’m in my first pregnancy at almost 16 weeks. I just wondered when others started to show? Ive had a gastric sleeve (2 years ago) and have a lot of excess skin on my abdomen I don’t know if this would make a difference. Baby at last scan was at expected size.
