seeking advice - possible shipping label mix-up

hi all! last week I had a buyer purchase two anime figures from me in separate transactions over two days. I packaged both figures separately and printed their respective labels (or so I thought). dropped them both off at UPS at the same time on Saturday and watched the clerk scan them in and received the little print out the give you after scanning. One of the figures' tracking updated within an hour showing UPS was in possession of the item while the other did not. I don't think much of it at the time but I just checked them both again and the one that has updated is moving thru facilities to the buyers location. The other package is still showing as if I haven't dropped it off yet. Upon further inspection of the receipt I got, it's showing two scans for the same tracking number, not two different numbers. The only thing I can think of is maybe I somehow printed the same label twice. How screwed am I? Will both packages make it to the buyer since it's still addressed correctly?
