constantly jumping a car battery bad?

is it bad to constantly keep jumping a car batter with a battery pack? i drive my sports car usually only in the spring, summer and fall. and when it’s not raining or snowing, i don’t really start it frequently, (like once every 3 weeks in the nice months). but the battery seems to be always dead. so i get a new battery every year (from warranty) but it still dies frequently

so will constant jump starting cause damage to anything? i will be getting a solar panel trickle charger this year so i can leave outside next to the car
