Guest Is Not Who Booked - Noisy at Night

Been doing airbnb for >1 year. I have 2 rooms listed and I live there. Friday, someone arrived, and was talking late. That room and mine share a wall, and it woke me up. Booker booked 9 day stay.

I gently knocked and asked him to be quiet. I have this in the house rules. Hour later, same thing.

Next day, I learn:

he doesn't speak English. He's not the one who booked. He smokes - outside and drinks beer.

Last 2 not a big deal. We spoke Sat. He told me his real name. Showed me his ID. He's not the one who booked. He's from Mexico and is here to do door-to-door sales in the evening. Agreed to keep it quiet at night.

Last night, Sunday. Awoke at 11 pm - heard him talking. Reminded him. Hour+ later, same thing.

This morning I contacted airbnb support. They are willing to help. They are asking me for proof - video from security cameras. I don't have them. Looking for one now. I'm at work.

Anyone else run into something like this?
