1950s-60s Omega Constellation fair value/pricing

Interested in acquiring a vintage pie pan Omega Constellation from the 50s-60s and am not super picky about which exact reference model, but based on some searching, the ones I’ve found listed on eBay and Chrono24 seem pricier than even 1-2 years ago. Most I’m seeing are $22-2500+. I certainly understand paying a premium for something that’s in excellent condition, comes with original documents, box, etc. but am wondering what people think is fair value for a piece that’s running and in good but not perfect condition.
