To leave or not to leave

I'm very torn about whether or not to leave my current job. I got a job offer recently that would be a step down in title and pay (about 25%), and I was really enthusiastic about it at first because I figured it would get me out of my current role. However, now I'm second-guessing things because I feel like my current job is finally getting me some support with the area of work that made me want to leave in the first place. My current job is better for my career, and the pay and benefits are amazing. It causes me a lot of stress, but I don't know that the other would necessarily be less stressful. I don't know what to do. I urgently wanted to leave because I thought that I would get terminated at my current role, but now we're talking about my work goals for later in the year, which makes me think they're not planning to terminate me. Anyone have any advice?
