Nearly a year after her last music video, this was the only single off the deluxe edition of EICS (aka Emails I Can't Send Fwd) which was released in March 2023. The violent video was meant to tie in to the Halloween season, and has garnered comparisons to movies like Jennifer's Body and Promising Young Women. The content filmed inside a church led to quite a bit of controversy, spawning the iconic line "Jesus was a Carpenter"—as well as possibly a federal investigation into (and eventually resignation of) New York City mayor Eric Adams.
