Top mod enabling spamming and brigaiding

Recently I got my mod status removed by a top mod who enabled spamming and brigaing from a freshly made server that was created to give people the images to brigaide the sub. I banned everyone who participated, people who had spammed 40+ meaning a repost every 2 minutes which explicitly goes against community rules but that caused the top mod to strip my mod status and unban every participant. Modtool and loader were very helpful to see the cultrips and also know who had unbanned everyone. Im aware that those actions goes against Rule 3: respect your neighbor. I did send a report but Im not sure if this is ground for any changes. Thanks
