Punjabis has always been more willing to work for rewards

Today I learned while reading book "Military Inc.: Inside Pakistan's Military Economy", After 1857 mutiny East India British Army in Bengal, the started to hire Punjabis, so until next century, they were 53% of British Army. As they have learned that Punjabis are less likely cause mutiny.

If we observe it, the same pattern goes into Pakistan Army, 70%+ soldiers come from the "Salt Range", 10% from KPK, 5% from Sindh and few present hundreds from Baluchistan (To the point they do not even consider it their army).

There is no wonder, there has never been any willingness to fight against oppressor in Punjab they always have been subject to powerful. As being Punjabi myself, I can say still Punjabis are biggest facilitators of oppressors and we should not hope anything that they will do protect Pakistan from the group of vultures.
