Incoming speech therapist

Hi all- I am a speech therapist moving to NYC. I’m hoping to gain employment in District 75 as a speech therapist (preferably on Staten Island). My license is currently in review. How hard is it to get into district 75, specifically in SI? Is there any info I should be aware of prior to job apps and/or employment if I should be so lucky?
