few weeks ago I had posted about my granulator set up I was making i have made some decent progress in the recovery aspect of it. so to start im running dog shit wire tv cords double insulated PITA cords from certain other appliances I run it into a confetti paper shredder I opened the whole thing up made the hole that youd feed paper in alot more accessible I actually made it even more larger last night and its working fantastic ill run that shit wire through about 2-3 time till I get the consistency im looking for ive ran it through 4-5 times but after a certain point it just stays the same size and was tough to feed but that could be because I didnt open the shredder as much as I have recently. after I run it a few times and its in nice small pieces I modified a vibratory tumbler I had on the shelf. I took the actual media bowl off trimmed the thredded rod down to size of my catch pan and I have stackable sifters. here's my current issue im working through is mesh size the set I bought had 10-80-200 lol and when I got it and looked i was like oooof nothing is gunna make it through the 200 and I doubt the 80 but I ran the few pounds of chop i had through the 10 and it caught ALOT of plastic and in my catch tray was a lot of copper. ive just ordered a 15 and an 18 stackable mesh sifter that ill be adding to my 10. its working very well only other issue I seem to be running into is the copper from the vibration starts to ball ip in the collection tray lol its actually pretty funny. ill keep updating when I get dialed in good luck guys
