Advice from DC workers

Hi all. I made a post a few days ago about how I applied to a DC position. I was hoping to get some advice from others before I start calling and really pushing to get the job.

I am currently an unloader/stocker at Target and I applied at the DC as a orderfiller/loader/unloader.

-- has anyone also done Target and can compare the two?

-- for the weekend 4th shift how does OT work? do you just work longer days (13-14 hrs) or do they just give you a fourth day compared to the original 3.

-- lastly, I really need a second job so since I'd have to leave Target, what are some other jobs people here work that is compatible with your DC shift?
