Hair advice

I am 23 M. I have seboheric dermatitis and androgenica alopecia. I am losing hairs from the front and temples and hairline is receding.

The problem is I cannot take finasteride as my mom has cancer and if blood needs to be donated, we should not donate when we are on finasteride or dutasteride. It's a matter of good faith.

Plus I have pyschogenic ED. (additional info)

So, what options are left? Seboheric dermatitis is controlled for the time being as it's summer here, but flakes are present.

Is going bald or hair transplant the only option left?

I just need hairs till 35.

It's quite frustrating to loose hairs at a young age as girls go crazy for hairs lmao 🤣
