Civil Engineering Graduate Program (structural focused)
Hey guys, I’ve been accepted to NJIT as an international graduate student, I have a bunch of questions.
-
How does NJIT compare to NYU, Steven’s, Rutgers, I have done a bunch of research and have an opinion on it myself, but I’d like to hear from someone who’s already completed or doing their degree rn.
-
Are there any scholarships other than Merit, and how can one achieve them. In a graduate seminar I heard that RA,TA positions only go to PHD students. So are there any on campus jobs that are related to structural engineering
-
Apparently there is limited graduate housing, so where would you recommend I look for a place and how much should I expect it to cost
-
what are the student outcomes like, how likely is it that a top structural engineering company like aecom , Jacob’s, wsp, SOM or even a big 4 hire me if I keep a 3.5+ gpa
-
what classes are being offered next sem and
On which days
