Restarting carnivore for (IBS/Colitis)

Please help me

Hello,

I did carnivore over covid and it made my IBS/Colitis way better. I did it for 2 years however had an incident where thought I was having a heart attack in the gym (only 36 years old) and spiralled into a health anxiety crisis for a couple years with chest pain and all the associated anxiety symptoms. Nothing physically was found wrong, so put down to panic attacks and anxiety. I quit carnivore given doctors all told me it's bad for you but my IBS has progressively gotten worse again to the point where I will "risk" carnivore again as I go days without being able to go out because of pain and urgency.

So my plan is mostly eat 20% beef mince (fried) with eggs to mop up the fat. I would probably put a scoop of tallow into the frying pan to get things going as well. I won't eat the leftover fat, but eggs would soak most of it up. I believe that should be enough fat. I'll throw in some steaks from time to time, scrambled eggs, streaky bacon and some chicken livers.

I will salt to taste (which isn't really much), however should I be supplementing with some electrolytes? I used to do this but wasn't sure if I was going over the top or not enough. It's Freak Athletics Electrolytes Powder and I would take 1 scoop a day or twice if I went to the gym/run. It contains per scoop: Sodium 207.64mg, Calcium 12.8mg, Potassium 166mg, Magnesium 15mg.

I really want to make sure I am doing everything correct. Any advice appreciated. I start tomorrow morning once the meat arrives!

Cheers
