Social Sustainability in Hotels (Gen Z & Millennials, 18-45 years old)

Hi everyone!

I am a university student conducting research on Social Sustainability within the Hotel Industry. I am specifically looking for the perspectives of Gen Z and Millennials (born approximately between 1981 and 2012).

The survey focuses on how hotels treat their employees, their impact on local communities, and whether these factors influence your booking decisions.
