Product recommendations

I’ve been using oasis on and off for a while and the result is fine but I don’t like that I have to apply to damp hair and blow dry to get it to look decent. Is there anything with a super strong hold that is still really matte and lightweight but that is better when just used on dry hair, no prestyler or anything. For reference I have fine (but not thin) straight hair that can get greasy quite easily with product
