Extreme sensitivity to brushing after bracket removal?!

Hi guys, I (30F) just had braces removed after years of having them on. I’m finishing up with Invisalign for the last bit. This was actually my second time having braces. The first time removal was easy. This time I had extreme pain while he was filing off the glue. The Ortho said it was because the enamel had been covered for so long. My dental hygiene was also a little rough this time because I had so many things going on with the braces like TADs and extra wires.

However, today (the day after) the enamel is so sensitive it is extremely painful to even lightly brush. Has anyone else experienced this?! Im kinda freaking out here
