Girlfriend went from “I love you” spam + planning trips to full block overnight — feeling played and gutted

I (M20s) got into something intense with a girl my age that lasted about a week — but it felt much longer because it escalated insanely fast.

We went from flirty chats to daily voice notes, meeting up, being very physically affectionate, and her saying “I love you” constantly. She’d get emotional when I left, talked about temple visits together, even planned a one-day Shimoga trip herself. She posted me on her close friends story (only 3 people including me). It felt exclusive and real.

She said she had no past, acted like I was the only guy in her world, matched my energy completely, and never pulled away. Everything felt mutual — emotionally and physically. No pressure from either side.

Then out of nowhere: full block on every platform. No fight. No argument. No warning.

I reached out to the only mutual friend left asking what happened. The friend said “she’ll contact you” — then blocked me too.

I’m not even angry. I’m just confused and honestly gutted. One week of intensity and then total silence.

Was this love bombing? Panic? Was I just a rebound? Did I miss red flags? Or is this just someone who moves fast and crashes faster?
