Custom animation BUT.....

ok so the community REALLY wants a custom animation in the skill builder I do too but I know that people's will make freaky stuff. So in the market place there should be a button called animation. The animations in the the marketplace would be ONLY be made by a trusted animators so that the average person can't make one. So how would y'all rate this and improve on this.
