Bit of a wierd question, but cerydra or sparxie if i have yao guang?

I have phainon e2s1 and was of course waiting for cerydra. But i did a 10 pull on yao guang banner for fun and got her last week.

Now Im wondering if cerydra is such a big upgrade (yes inread all the pull her posts) but I didnt account for what will be an overall improvement to my account.

I have 30 pulls and 13k gems. Where do you think I should pull first in terms of best for my account? Start with sparxie see if i get her, and say i lose 50/50 or i do get her go for the cerdydra banner? Or the other way around?

Im torn between wanting the best phainon team and making my account stringer (dont care about fun good looks etc fun for me is being strong in meta).
