Siren in seaside?

Anyone know what this loud siren/alarm is? It goes off 3 times, pauses about 30 seconds and then goes again. Sounded like it was coming from the north…

It’s super annoying and I’m now hearing it in my dreams! I’d like to know what it is so I can know if I need to ignore it, heh.
