Are online ammo sellers ok with a NY billing address but shipping to a free state?

Long story short - My parents live in a free state, do online ammo sellers care if I purchase bulk ammo online with my credit card / NY billing address and ship it to them, so they can bring it with them next time they visit?

The alternative is just have them buy it and then pay them back, but it's much easier if I do the ordering.
