Calcium Hypochlorite for tie dye?

Regular 5% Sodium Hypochlorite or around that range is just not available where I am, no form of Sodium Hypochlorite is really available anywhere. A huge abundance of Calcium Hypochlorite, would that get the job done? Any ideas?
