seph.org on tiktok is a scammer unfortunately! I’ve been trying to get in contact with her about 4 orders I never received, the oldest being from June 9th in 2025. I’ve bought from her a few times before and never had any issues until then. I’ve tried countless times to get her attention to get a response but I barely had any luck, I even had to buy from her twice more hoping she’d see my comments I left on them and respond to me finally and I never even got those orders in the mail either lol.

She stopped responding to me completely after telling me she’d give me a refund for everything. She’s always posting “sorry no refunds after your order has been shipped” but I never even received anything and she doesn’t provide tracking. In total everything comes to almost 200 for all the things I never received. I’ve even tried joining her lives and leaving comments just for her to clearly get frustrated telling me to shoot her a text/email then she would start sighing afterwards and her whole mood would shift, she never even opened some of them lmao and the ones she did open didn’t get a response.

I know I’m not the only one unfortunately, I’ve seen multiple comments throughout the years I’ve been following her asking her to respond/telling her they never received their orders after months. She likes to play victim a lot when she gets called out for it and blame it on her recently moving and being the only person running her business, and I tried to give her grace for that but it’s been nearly a year at this point and it’s clear she’s just blatantly ignoring me and who knows who else.
