accutane failure

47kg, 20, female

did a course of accutane 2 year ago (20mg/day for a year) - got clear skin 2 months into treatment

after the course ended, I continued microdosing 10mg/day for maintenance- skin continued to be clear

4 months ago (still microdosing accutane), i took itraconzaol 100mg twice a day - after ending treatment, some pustular eruptions appeared all over my face

then i took azythromicin - 3 times for 3 days in the span of 2 weeks -> started have pustules/papules on my face (different than those i had after taking itraconazol)

i increased accutane dose to 20mg/day for 2,5 months -> no change in acne

almost 2 weeks ago i increased to 30mg/day -> the first week after increase my face cleared up completely and didnt break out, but then it went back to as before

the pimples are small red, not itchy, isolated , appear anywhere on the face, but mainly middle face and forehead (everyday 3-4 appear on my face, by the time next day comes and new pimples appear, the old ones are usually gone)

the acne gets better when i visit my parents (i think its because i eat healthier there and more junckfood here)

i have no hormonal disbalances/no PCOS/ no thyroid problems

for skincare i use: cetaphil redness control facewash, the roche posay isobiome effaclair moisturizer and the centella skin1004 spf (ive been using these products forever)

has this happened to anybody?
