Hemorrhoidectomy slow healing?

As the title implies, I’ve been having difficulty with healing. I had my closed hemorrhoidectomy 90 days ago and a section of my bum along the back most part is still red, raw and bleeds from time to time. It’s caused a great deal of discomfort because there’s mild fluid leakage that I keep gauze in between my cheeks to manage. Have other folks who have had this procedure taken longer than 3 months to fully heal and if so, what was your experience?
