Decision Meeting

Hello,

I’ve been invited to a Decision Meeting following an investigation into my conduct. The investigation report recommended there is no case to answer regarding this.

The invitation letter explicitly states “we will discuss the allegations that” and lists the alleged issues with my conduct.

I know the investigation report and its recommendations are not binding on the DM - but is this normal? The evidence is stacked in my favour and I’m just a bit confused.
