Sony XM4 shows 10% battery no matter what.

I had them for about 5 months and this happened today. I didn't use them at all during winter so they were sitting in the case. I left my house with them on 100%. While i was using them outside, after 3-4 minutes it told me it was on low battery and now its stuck there. It was about 2~° Celsius when this happened. Is there any fix to this?
