Need Help Regarding My First Trip to Himachal As 21M

Okay So Me and my girlfriend Are Planning to Travel To Himachal in the last week of april & I've made this itinerary and We Have 20k Pp budget (40k in total) Including Traveling from Mumbai so i just need help regrading my itinerary Is this doable in 20k ?

Also, any suggestions from the folks who have already went like what activities to do and where to go on the trek and everything and where to stay (No hostel Dorms as We will prefer staying in the private rooms of hotel home-stays or hostels)

Trip Itinerary :

Mumbai ➡️ Delhi ➡️ Kasol ➡️ Tosh ➡️ Manali ➡️ Solang ➡️ Sissu ➡️ Manali ➡️ Delhi

Day 0 :

Mumbai to Delhi (Train)

Overnight Bus from Delhi to Kasol side

Day 1 :

Reach Kasol in the morning

Explore cafes & riverside

Local walk & chill

Stay in Kasol

Day 2 :

Leave from Kasol

Visit Manikaran Sahib

Then go towards Tosh

Explore Tosh village & sunset

Stay in Tosh

Day 3 :

Leave Tosh in the morning

Come back to Kasol

From Kasol take bus/cab to Manali

Reach by afternoon

Explore Old Manali & Mall Road

Stay in Manali (Night 1)

Day 4 :

Full day in Manali

Trek (Jogini) or Paragliding

Evening cafe hopping

Stay in Manali (Night 2)

Day 5 :

Rent bike

Ride to Solang Valley

Cross Atal Tunnel

Reach Sissu

Explore & stay in Sissu

Day 6 :

Ride back to Manali

Return bike

Evening/Night bus to Delhi

Day 7 :

Delhi to Mumbai (Train).
