Questions regarding tread+

Hello!

Was considering getting the tread+ and had a few questions. We live in north central Florida and our home has a screened in outdoor porch area that opens to our backyard that is protected at all times from precipitation (never gets rain inside) but does of course have exposure to humidity and temperature. Wanted to first ask the community their thoughts on the safety of the tread if it were placed in this space and if any others used a similar space?

Second, the expected delivery window when I go to purchase it is during a week I am not available. Is it easy to reschedule delivery later on after purchase?
