NJ SLEO 2

I worked for a department in north jersey, I got on the job when I was 36 when I graduated the academy I was 37. I was on the job for 6 months. I was tossed in the street with very minimal training. I did the schools, i didn’t get an FTO until about 3 months in. Eventually between not tagging my body cam footage, unfounded rumors I pissed off a captain for not showing up to a parade that I worked as EMS they just dismissed me, thankfully I wasn’t fired. At least no documentation of being fired. I was pretty much discarded by the training office, I was never told in detail what I even did wrong. Fast forward to today. I can’t get Any EMS job in the county, no department will I hear me. Is it because I only have a part time cert? Is it cus of my age. I’ll be happy to work as a SLEO even if it’s part time. I work EMS while attending the police Acamdy all the hard work gone. My only consultations is that a month or two after I was give. The boot scandal after scandal was being dropped that involved my department. I applied for some federal jobs so in hoping to get it. I’m just not sure what else to do, I frustrated and bitter. I’m not sure what else to do
