29wks with an Eczema Flare-Up

Hi All,

I've had eczema my whole life, and while flare-ups are limited to just my hands during dry weather, a reaction happens anywhere for me when any doctors office uses their adhesive band-aids.

At my last OB appt on Friday, they gave me one and I forgot to correct them as I running late (usually I have to ask for the gauze/wrap to avoid a reaction) to get back to work, so I left it alone.

As of yesterday (Monday), I now have weeping eczema where the two sticky sides of the band aid were.

I'm putting triple antibiotic and some gauze on both areas, but it is continually "weeping" for lack of a better word as it tries to cover the area so I can see it through the gauze.

My question is a), what are the best methods to help with this while pregnant (i.e. safe moisturizers) and b), would I go to see a specialist about this?

I never have, having dealt with eczema all my life, but I'm worried because I Googled it, and of course, am now scared, lol.
