Legally How To best walk away from This

Hey guys This Is [ LANLORD ]in MASS, USA i have a bit of a situation and would like some assistance in next steps . I listed my property in December got someone interested and we began process . This person has section 8 as well as RAFT assistance . We have had to push back stating date of lease twice from February to March. It has been a complete nightmare and it hasn’t even started . The person also has four dogs which was not informed to me until later in writtkng because she was afraid of my reaction . I had her sign a pet Adendum . We

signed lease i signed hap contract. She has been asking for keys since last week feb 26. I have refused because i have not received any rent , or deposit . Her New lease started March 1 unit remains empty she has no posesión. How can i cleanly walk away from The issue Is Not section 8 It has been The back and forth i have sent countless messages because she blows up my phone with so many lenthy emails describing the need to ocuppy Right away and no matter how many time i say we have to wait for deposit and rent to start she will send again same message. Ive had to repeat myself a hundred times. This the dog thing and her social worker calling me screaminh i find TERRIBLE red flags and Want To be Out of It . How To do It ?
