Survey on Fitness/Gym short-form content.

Hello everyone, I am currently conducting a study on the inflation of standards in the Fitness industry. It is an anonymous survey that asks questions that are not usually asked in current literature from some of my research. Its is a short survey that will just help add empirical data to my work.
