[US] Looking for casual housing players to join my guild: Queens!

Hi there! My name is Sam irl but I play a warlock named Carce😄 Me and my friends have had a horde guild on Area52 called Queens for a couple of years now...

We soooo desperately want to make a guild neighborhood for the extra decor, but you need 10 active Battle.net accounts to initially make the guild neighborhood! We mainly run M+ dungeons here & there, and have done normal/heroic raiding casually as a small pug group. Now in Midnight, we’re loving the housing the most!

What are the benefits of joining a guild neighborhood? I’m so glad you asked!

1. Increased Structure Piece Limit

- More walls, floors, roofs, beams, etc.

2. Increased Decoration Limit

- More furniture, foliage, props.

3. Higher Vertical Build Ceiling

- Taller builds possible (towers, spires, stacked floors).

4. Larger Build Radius / Plot Footprint

- More horizontal space to work with.

5. Shared Guild Environment

- Actually learning who your neighbors are and seeing their plot develop over time!

We all in our 20s/30s but welcome any age, LGBTQ friendly, and mainly play horde, however we’re open to alliance players joining too!
