Buyer doesn’t want to pay shipping cost. Any way to get around this?

For context, I’m selling a pair of boots and obviously the weight is going to be over 2 pounds but under 10 pounds so it has to be an extra large package.

They don’t want to pay the shipping because they’re already offering for less than what I listed the item for, but they say the shipping cost more than the item still

Is there any way I can list it as a shirt and get the prepaid label front the cost of the shipping on there and market as free shipping and then just use her address to ship from an account that I have free shipping with through FedEx?
