im i softlocked?

i have played a mix of coop and singleplayer on this one safestate.

in my singleplayer i was still in old villedor and was just chilling, while was already progressing through the central loop in coop on the world of my friend.

now that i want to play singleplayer again i find myself in central loop without having any quests here or anybody willing to speak to me.

In my Journal i can only see Sidequests and no Story Quest besides the DLC quest (which i dont really want to do right because i did that already in coop) i cannot access the metro station in old villedor and it doesnt appear to be possible for me to get any quests in central loop at the time since i havent actually progressed the story enough to be here. i dont really know why the game put me here.

Did anyone experience anything like this? feel free to ask me questions about this situation, especially if it helps find a solution. Any ideas on how to get back to old villedor and why dont i have a story quest in my journal?
