Flange concerns - looking for best options

Looking for some advice here. Updating small extra bathroom and have a few concerns about the toilet flange.

  1. The cracked plastic where the bolts go through. Seems like there are countless repair options. Currently leaning towards the red Oatey fix it repair ring

  2. Is the height ok. Scrap piece of floor for reference. The flange is higher off the concrete on one side than the other by 1/8 to 1/4”. Old floor was peel and stick tile without issues, so I’m guessing a higher floor will actually help. Still I don’t want a repair ring that will increase the height much.

  3. It’s not currently screwed to the concrete. There’s not concrete (or enough) where the screw holes are. I’d have to go out and bit to be able to do that. Not sure how big of a deal that is.

Finally, if the best option is really to just have it replaced - approx how much $ am I looking at?
