I've been putting together this budget build for my nephew and got everything put together only to get stuck on this boot loop every time I install a Ryzen 5 5500 CPU.

The monitor doesn't react at all. The fans will spin for about 20 seconds, stop briefly and then start spinning again. No post, no beep, no signal. I'm not entirely sure this indicates a boot loop, but it's my best guess.

I used a Ryzen 3 1300X to update the BIOS to version P2.90, which was the specific version listed as compatible with 5500 on the official Asrock B450M/AC product page. I'm certain everything else is seated properly; I wouldn't have been able to update the BIOS with the 1300X otherwise. Which by the way, worked just fine.

Not sure what's going on here. This specific motherboard doesn't have any diagnostic LEDs or display, so I'm out of luck on that front. Does anyone have any suggestions? Any assistance would be appreciated.
