Capricorn Venus…are we doomed in love?

Mines placed in the 7th house mind you. I’ve been in only 2 relationships and both were in high school. Dated someone from age 17-18 then someone else from ages 18-20. Learned a lot about what I want in love from just those three years of dating and I’ve not dated since (I’m 26 now) But these days I meet frequent love interests who just never stick around for long. I’m stuck on what the lesson is in meeting them. Like I get interested in someone but then they just…disappear. It literally feels like I’ll be alone for the rest of my life and I’m coming to terms with being okay with that. I’m very much at peace being with my friends and family, working and doing my own thing. I’m curious to know if it will be like this forever?

I heard it gets better with age with this placement but if you have this placement or know anything about it, what’s your experience or advice about romance? TIA
