Looking for help to better steal property with Etrata, Deadly Fugitive

Deck Help

Hello! I been looking for a theft commander for awhile (because I REALLY like saying "Bippity Boppity, I'm stealing your property!") and I think I finally settled on Etrata, Desdly Fugitive. I've built a base structure of Assassins I want to include as well as some stuff to help make it easier to turn over cards

My general idea is to have low to the ground, evasive assassins slip behind my opponents' creatures to punch them while Etrata is out. Then I get to cloak the top of my opponents' libraries for each assassin that punches my opponents, increasing my own army. Then I can either hit with an army or flip some of the up if they have powerful effects.

While I do mostly like the assassin selection I have, I do have some concerns:

  1. dealing with board wipes

Dealing with a creature-heavy strategy, I am particularly vulnerable to board wipes. I have included some reanimation like Reanimate, Unearth, and Back in Town, but I am wondering if that will be enough

  1. Card Draw

I always have a hard time with this I currently have about 6 semi-reliant card draw cards and 2 surveil cards that can surveil X, but I don't think that's enough.

  1. Finishers

I know that part of the fun is playing my opponents' cards for a discount, but I need to have a finisher or two in my own deck I can rely on.

So there's my deck. I'm sticking strictly to bracket 3 and I have about $200 to work with.
