Dongle issue?

PlayStation user here, there is a significant difference in sound volume when it comes to Bluetooth vs the dongle. (They sound fantastic for music too) My biggest issue with them is that I have to turn it almost all the way up usually about 6 clicks from max to get louder sound even though they sound amazing. Any other PlayStation, Xbox, pc users experiencing this issue? For music via Bluetooth I only have to have them slightly below half volume to get audio louder than I do in games. If so is there a firmware fix coming for this? If that’s possible?
