Never touch the stuff and minimalist ending decisions.

So I’m going for Minimalist and Never Touch the Stuff so I can get unlimited ammo in RE9. My question is, does it matter what ending I pick? I’m only at where Leon has to find the detonators in Raccoon City, but, when I get to the end do I have a choice between the “good“ and “bad“ ending. The bad ending will end the run and I won’t have to deal with the headache that is Gideon and his Final form, which will save me having to manage more bullets. So if I pick that bad ending will I still unlock these conditions? Does it count?
