Looking for an off-campus roommate for next school year

Hello! Like the title says I (21M) am looking for one roommate (either gender) for next year off campus. The apartment complex I am currently in is pretty nice and I'd prefer to stay in it but I am open to looking around. For a 2br/2ba at this complex it'll be around $900 with utilities.
