ADHD help in Markham? Wait times are months

Hey guys, I could really use some help.

I’ve been trying to get proper help for my ADHD but the referral process is taking months and it’s honestly been really frustrating. I’m struggling a lot and just want to start getting this sorted out.

Does anyone in Markham know a doctor who’s good with ADHD or taking patients? Or if you’ve gone through something similar, what did you end up doing?

I’d really appreciate any advice. Thank you 🙏
