Showing the treasure: how do you feel about publicly naming piracy sites, and is there any real danger of taking down a site?

"Showing the treasure" is controversial among some pirates who find it loose-lipped. Personally I'm not too afraid of sinking a ship; since that PDF water site has a good record of returning and staying up I may name it where appropriate. I'd still be loath to link/mention where a specific work is.

So what's your policy, and is there any real danger?
